I recently shopped at Brisbane hi fi, the service from Edward and Josh was honest friendly and informative. I never felt as though I was just another customer. Nothing was too much trouble and they got my sale. Shop was well set up with demo's available on the speakers I happened to be looking at. Happy with the gear I bought sounds great!

Josh was the only person who replied to my email enquiry about a product from 3 retailers in Brisbane that I emailed to. From email to purchase to after sales, his service was excellent. Definitely will repeat buy from Brisbane HiFi if needed.

Love my new amplifier and speakers. The experience with Brisbane Hifi was excellent - the demo room made it so easy to compare options and I felt Josh was genuinely trying to find the best products for my needs. Couldn't be happier!

Happy for right speaker choice from the right audio shop with kind advice and help!!! It was great to find a decent audio shop in Brisbane with appropriate facilities for demo test runs. With multiple demo runs of our shortlisted speakers we managed to choose the right ones with high confidence, and yes they are great speakers when we first run them at home !!!

Josh was awesome at explaining everything to me and took the time to go through what was needed to get me an awesome set up I am loving my P3 and the sound is beautiful. Josh is very helpful and passionate about what he does. 100% recommend him.

If you are looking to take the next step in your hifi journey then Brisbane HiFi is the place to go. Josh not only listened to what we felt our requirements were, but also offered suggestions on how to improve our system even more. We are so happy with our new Audio Group Denmark components and highly recommend Josh and Brisbane HiFi.

I bought a Rega Planar 1 turntable from Brisbane Hifi and was notified shortly thereafter the item was oos and would be brought in from the supplier and shipped at that time and was immediately offered some recompense for the slight delay which was declined due to not being necessary. As it turned out the turntable arrived and Brisbane HiFi offered to send it out for delivery with a tech who was in the vicinity which saved time using couriers for delivery. The architect of this superb customer experience was a gentleman by the name of Josh and I’d recommend Brisbane HiFi on the strength of his service alone. I’d recommend Brisbane HiFi to anyone buying Hifi equipment.

The difference between Brisbane HiFi and its competitors is simple - Awesome customer Service! I’ve been buying Hi-Fi equipment around the city for years and it’s the same old story…nobody wants to know you unless you’re spending 10k+ or they only have the most expensive equipment to demonstrate. Not at Brisbane Hi-Fi. They take the time to listen to your needs, you can test a wide range of equipment at different price ranges and theirs no pressure. Great show rooms and great experience. I’ll be coming here from now on cause I know I’ll get listened to. Thanks again!
